For gigs, I typically use a small pedalboard, which holds my BuildYourOwnClone Wah, BYOC Screamer Overdrive, BYOC 250+, BYOC Digital Delay, Boss NS-2 noise suppressor (which powers everything), and a Boss TU12 tuner.

The other effects are pretty much around just for fun for when the urge strikes...
